ARRABAWN DAIRIES

Arrabawn Dairies is the ‘Fresh Milk’ division of Arrabawn Co-op, a division located in the historical village of Kilconnell near Ballinasloe Co. Galway.

Steeped in history, the formation of this dairy goes back to the 1960’s and the establishment of Midwest Farmers Co-op.  Over time and mergers, it has become a cornerstone of Arrabawn’s operations.

The plant comprises a state of the art production facility opened in 2004. Although it is the newest large-scale production facility in the country, substantial growth led to further expansion in 2018.

This expansion comprises an extension to the production facility and a new purpose built Warehousing and distribution unit.

Included in our product portfolio are a wide variety of fresh milk and cream products, including traditional fresh, low fat and skimmed milks, fortified milks, organic milk, protein milk, lactose free milk and buttermilk.
